Overview

KaizenDoku ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Game progress — Board completion state, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device during single-player sessions.
Multiplayer sessions — When you play Time Attack, Versus, or Co-op, your Game Center display name and anonymous player ID are shared with our game server to facilitate matchmaking and leaderboard entries.
Leaderboard entries — Your display name, score, and completion time are stored on our server when you complete a Time Attack or Co-op game.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
We do not use third-party analytics services.
We do not sell any data to third parties.

Advertising

KaizenDoku uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Apple Game Center

Multiplayer features use Apple Game Center for player identity. Your Game Center display name is used as your in-game name. We do not access your Apple ID or any other Game Center data beyond your display name and anonymous player ID.

HealthKit

With your permission, KaizenDoku may read heart rate data from HealthKit to display cognitive metrics during gameplay. This data is read-only, processed on-device only, and never transmitted to our servers.

Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained indefinitely to maintain game history. You may request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

KaizenDoku is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
